The issues of our environment and the safety of our traders in our markets are serious issues of concern to me and my party. We went to the market to thank our people for their votes and found our people trading in the streets. We asked them why this new development which we observed after the elections? They gladly told us that it was a concession giving to them by ACN for voting for their candidate. I am glad that the Comrade Governor addressed this issue by drawing the attention of the environmental ministry to it and showing thier meeting on the evening news.
@ Dr. Nosa Alaseselu, Madam I am quite aware that elections are over. The main issue here is about gun ownership. Most thugs, area boys, thieves, armed robbers and cultist in Nigeria all have guns. We the 99% moral majority are living at their mercy. Just like the GSM, I thing if gun ownership is liberalised it will reduce crime and bravado in Nigeria. If you know that I am wired up or if you know I have the ability to check mate your aggression you go maintain.
On the issue of oil revenue and its misuse. Here is my contribution. Nigerians what will it cost for the government to build a railway line to connect all towns, cities and local government headquarters all over the country? If we pay just $1 trillion dollars to the Americans over a ten years period I think they can deliver on this project. We will not only network our cities, create jobs we will also be advancing the living standard of our people.
