Okada Riders Vs Edo Government. Judge to give verdict on October 4th 2013.

On the challenge on the ban on Okada in Edo State, we were @ the Federal High Court on Monday July 8th, 2013. The State Counsel representing the governor wanted to employ delay tactic by asking for a long adjournment but was stopped by the Judge who ordered that we come back on Wednesday the 10th to address the court. We went back and both our lawyer and the government lawyers presented their case. Finally the Judge said he will give Judgement on the 4th of October 2013. He said the delay in giving judgement was due to the fact that the court was going on recess as from the 15th of July 2013.
