The newspaper gave the following States to GMB. I agree with vanguard position but GEJ will score 25% in many of these states.

President GEJ will get the following

He will score at least 25% in the following states

Imo 

Lagos.

Kaduna   because of Sambo.

Kano      because of Shekerau Minister of Education

Jigawa.
