Sources within Edo State government have revealed to Elombah.com that the car accident which occurred yesterday between the Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and another car is more serious than the state government makes to appear.
The source stated that the Governor has been flown out of the country for emergency treatment but the name of hospital is being shrouded in secrecy.
All efforts by us to get the pictures of the said car which was reportedly hit has yielded no concrete result as at the time of filing in this report.

I pray he recovers. Our Nigerian journalist, especially those attached to the Government House press crew. have exposed themselves for what they truly are, bunch of sell out and brown envelope collecting junks. They were in the governors convoy and they reported the accident but where are the pictures of the accidented car and J5?
In Nigeria our 'Big men' who sits at the back seat of their chauffer driving cars do not use seat belts. So you can imagine the impact of a head on collision of a fast moving convoy with a J5 on the back seat occupant. He is going to fly straight into the windshield, which in this case is doubled because it is bullet proof and probably experience neck and spinal injuries and several broken bones. Our prayers are with him and that this was really a minor accident as they make it out to be.
No one is addressing the issue of the journalist on his convey. Why have they not produce a very comprehensive detail? Has anyone seen the accidented car and J5? if he truly traveled abroad and entered the plane unaided where are the proofs? Our ears are to the ground and sooner or later the truth will come to the open. All the same it was a serious accident and we wish the Governor speedy recovery. Abi soonest recovery ala Shina Peters.
There was this official Driver one of my"'Big Man" friend. He was always driving recklessly no matter the caution. One day they were in an accident, after they were rescued, they Driver was over heard asking the security details whether he could see him? The detail said I can see you. He asked again can you see me? the detail touched him and said I can see you and I am touching you. The Driver announced to all that he was suppose to vanish from the scene and that he hard Native Insurance. The assurance was that whenever he is in any accident he will vanish into the thin air. So it is possible for Africans to be involved in a ghastly motor accident and walk away.
Is Dr. Pius Egberamwen Odubu now Edo State Acting Governor? I am asking this question because around 3.30pm today the convoy of the Deputy Governor passed me. I was on my way to Orhionmwion while he was heading to Benin. The suprising thing about his convoy was that his car was flying the flag of authority that only the governor flys on his car. He also had the state house press crew, the one that is always in the governors convoy. If Dr Odubu is the Acting Governor we the voters demand that we be informed. In another thread one of the Governor's men said the governor was in his country home. How can he be in his country home and his convey and the insignia of office is with the Deputy Governor?
