This is my response to a question posed by Ally Aly on whether I think the election of the late MKO Abiola would have lead Nigeria to the promise land. My response..... @ Ally Aly You have a point. But I did not see him as a messiah in fact he was one of the problems of this country. His company the ITT was given a contract at the time money/Naira had value in Nigeria to install telephone all over the country that would ease the burden of the common man and lift Nigeria forward. He ate the money. Today you can attestify to the development brought in by the GSM. He never had any company that would back his source of wealth. It was later in life he started all those mama put companies that did not survive after his death. To he was a fraud.
My response to Marian Dangote's post about rural development in the Eastern part of Nigeria vs the northern State. .... Great point Mariam Dangote the Easterners are light years ahead of everyone in terms of rural development. I think they learnt their lessons from the civil war, when they were driven home and could not find accommodations for their families. It is said that it was resolved that before any Igbo man or woman builds a house anywhere in Nigeria they must first build in their home land. That policy is what we also need in Edo South in Edo State where all development are built around Benin city while are hinter land lay prostrate.
On the celebration of June 12 as democracy day in some parts of Nigeria.
My own question is would the Muslims in Nigeria have voted for a Christian President and Vice President as Christians voted overwhelmingly for a Muslim President MKO Abiola and a Muslim Vice president Babagana Kingibe? That is the questions we most answer in Nigeria. It is not enough for us to celebrate june 12 when we all know that our Muslim brothers will never vote for a Christian/Christian ticket. The Muslims are celebrating June 12 because they wrongly believe that it is their right to rule and for Christians to always support their cause. If you are in doubt take a look at Lagos State and many of the western states.

The members of the all powerful Edo Political Forum took on the case of Ibrahim Momodu who was shot dead by the police DPO of Ogida. Today the body of the Ibhahim was exhumed from the grave and a postmortem was performed.
Phareez Okpere wrote on EPF;
this morning we have given copies of the Ibrahim Momodu's Academic documents which includes his his 100 L 200L 300L 400L school fees receipts which he paid to the school, and his Eligibility form, his 300L and 400L clearance receipts. the school Authorities were shocked to their bones when they saw this documents. they told us that they were having problems with their computers yesterday and as such couldn't access Imbrahims information before they granted the useless interview yesterday with the media houses.. this goes to show the rot and mediocrity in our Educational Institutions, if a University like UNIBEN cannot easily and properly identify their own student then wahala dey !! We are on our way to 3rd Cemetery Benin city where the the Body would be exhumed this morning.

And to everybody, Ibrahim did not die in vain. His head will dig out further evil that's being done by the police and others. Even from his clothes he wore when he was shot to the shoe he wore can NEVER pass as that of an armed robber. And that's how he was buried. A blue tshirt, a jeans and the shoe he wore can only pass for that of a student. After he has been exhumed and being taken to the mortuary, the police escort with him can only be given to that of serving police commissioner. We thank everybody....Pharez, MMK, Jefferson Uwoghiren, Rev Ugolor, the lady with Radio Nigerian and others too numerous to mention. There was full representation of all the media houses. Like I said, the coverage can only be given to a celebrity. We have our report Which Jefferson has done in a post. Its funny that an incident that took place in Egor LGA with 2nd cemetery within that zone, the boy was taken to 3rd cemetery under Oredo to be buried. To the family, may u have the strength to bear this loss. The struggle continue
Bar Jefferson Uwoghiren the erudite lawyer leading the battle for justice for Ibrahim posted this on EPF.
Preliminary Report of the Pathologist hired to represent Ibrahim Momodu Family show that Ibrahim Momodu was shot at the back blasting his heart and the three bullets coming out through the chest! We urgently need financial assistance to meet with emerging challenges!

More revelations on the Ibrahim momodu case, the Killer DPO said Ibrahim was an unidentified armed Robber in her statement to us on Sunday (which we have on video) she said Ibrahim didn't say a word before he died. And thus she couldn't determine if he was a student. But when we carried out further investigation to Egor local government H.O.D of Environment who showed us the paper work prepared by the Killer DPO to carry out the burial. on the the document it is written the name IBM which are the initials of IBRAHIM MOMODU. if Ibrahim didn't say a word before he was Killed and he was not having any means of identification on him then how did the Killer DPO get his name to prepare this document?
Osbert Agho's.
Here is my response;
I am glad by the actions of all that fought this battle.You did it for all of us. You have unknowingly set a new standard in the polity. Never again will the police arbitrarily kill an innocent person again in Edo State, because they know that you people will come after them. Una do well.

Today in Benin City the protesting students backed with the powerful Edo Political Forum (EPF) meant with the Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and the mother of the murdered Ibrahim. After a detailed discussion the governor agreed to set up a panel of inquiry to investigate the murder. We await the panel decision and thank the members of EPF especially Pauly Okpere. M.M. Kola aka MMK, Bar Jefferson Uwuoghiren and Bar Ojealaro Friday.
There was a massive protest march in Benin City yesterday by students of the University of Benin and youths from several organisations. They were protesting the shooting death of one of their colleague and fellow student, Ibrahim Momodu, who was allegedly shot by a woman police DPO (Divisional Police Officer) Mrs. Carol Onyeka Afegbai of the Ogida Police station. The incident according to Mrs Afegbai happened around 22.300 hours on the 27th of May 2012 and the next morning 28th, she got a permit from the Egor Local Government Ares to bury Ibrahim. She said that Ibrahim was an armed robber and that he was attempting to shoot a police officer. Some of the protesters were alleging that Mrs Afegbai hurriedly buried Ibrahim because she was involved in ritual killing and that she may be trading of human parts.However, the State Government and the State Police Commissioner has promised to look into the matter.

This is my response to a post about Boko Haram inactivity in the past few weeks by Deamon Anderson on Edo Political Forum on Facebook.
Is The Boko Haram Madness Coming To An End?
We seem to forget easily. Once upon a time,
it was bomb explosion, tears and blood
every weekend. But for sometime, even
before the Baga and Bama incidents, we've
seen significant reduction in the devilish
activities of Boko Haram.
I therefore ask, is the end of Boko Haramnear? ....
They may have ran out of the ammunition, as the ones they were using was from the Libya armory. Secondly, the Nigeria Army has succeeded in smoking them out of their holes. GED took them out with a master stroke and that is why everyone is saying four more years.

Still on money changers on the street of Nigeria ....... Lagos State issues permit for people to block roads. They also give noise/music permit. So when d governor of Lagos state, a state of 15 million people says one billion Naira is spent on parties on weely basis you should take it as a fact. For example MCs like ali baba can charge up to N5m just to MC a program. I hear Chief Sunny Ade played for N20m. We have not included food or special shrimps flown in from London. A beg leave mater. Our concern should be how do we create our own NICHE in this equation. What can will do to get our own piece of the action? Those money changers have already created their our NICHE. I see them as smart people because they saw a market and are taken advantage of it. EFCC was not created to kill the entrepreneur spirit of our people.
