Osbert Agho

What will happen if Okada riders differs the government order of ban? What will happen if they come out in droves to use their bikes to work? How many police, soldiers and employed area boys can the state deploy? especially when the PDP Feds withdraws soldiers? Does the State government really have the instrument of enforcement? Can a government deliberately put a policy in place that will deny people of their legitimate right to earn a living? Can't we challenge this action of government in the court of law? What do you think?

My response to the post I made on the Edo Politcal forum

My people I went to my farm and just got back. Na wao the post don catch fire. There is really no need for anyone to make this personal. Why the insults and personal attack? I asked questions that are bordering my mind and only few people tried to proffer answers. I have read all the post carefully even one ignorant person was taking about SSS and another begging him not to go. I laugh for EPF style kwe kwe kwe kwe. In making policies the first thing you do is to build different sceneroes. The question I asked was just one scenero. What I expected was people profiling solutions to the scenero I presented. People just use words any how, what is incitement and politics got to do with it? If you do not know how to contribute to an intelligent discuss just stay read what people are posting and learn.

@ Osayawe Ogieva how about the government recruiting people to replant the rubber, tick and timber trees that were destroyed over the years. I already have my workers. I do believe that we can manage this Okada transport system better and weed out those hoodlums. Okada motorcycle is a major industry in Benin City. If I may guess the money that changes hand with Okada on a daily basis will reach N50 million but some will say it is more than that. Now are will just going to just wipe that out? I need answer. Please I do not have any one that is an Okada rider but I know hundreds that depends on riding to survive.

Akin Etin -Ojehomon wrote on facebook that the Retired General Adulsalami Abubakar. Did he order the Murder of General Sani Abacha and Chief Moshood Abiola?.

Here is my response;
In a 1998 interview General Powell, you remember him? the African-American General said on television that he will talk to some Generals down there in Nigeria to clear this mess up. Also General Abacha had made somec stupid comments about Nelson Mandela and Mandiba had warned Abacha to be careful or else he will explode a VOLCANO right under his feet. My brother the death of those two could have come from many sources.
Also the Governor of Edo State today appointed an investigation panel to look into the cause of fire at the ministry of Education. The five man panel has a few weeks to make their report to the government. You will recall that the ministry is located at the Iyaro area of Benin City.
The Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole yesterday placed a ban on the use of motor cycle transportation popularly called Okada in three local government of Oredo, Egor and Ikpoba-Okha. He offered to empower Okada riders by helping them to get vehicles they will use for taxis.
Still on Husman post ......  Hahaha I am not a member of the synagogue of all Nations so I am not a wise man. Well Malcolm X once said of fellow African Americans, he said " they must be out of their mind to say of the white man's navy that this is our navy, of NASA, our astronaut. He said they should have their head examine for claiming to belong to a system that total excludes them. I am happy that you have found a "NEW" home and inclusion in America.. We want to build Nigeria and all people that loves Nigeria must come home and make their contribution. We would no longer listen run away ANDREWS trying to cause confusion in our beloved country.
My response Husman Yakub who in a post called Rev Oritsejafor a fool for oweing a plane .... Husman Yakub what is the relationship? How about fools like Husman Yakub enjoying the labour and foundation laid by the sweat of great men and women of America while his country, Nigeria wallows in penury. One would have expected Husman to come home and make his contribution to nation building and stop throwing stones from the comfort of another man's country. How is that for a start? it looks like a kettle calling pot black. hope you get my drift?

Here is my response to Barrister Friday Ojealaro on EFP. He wrote on those he felt will contest the ACN governorship elections in 2016....... In politics what count most is structure, especially now that we are all in APC. The question therefore is who among all these people that have the structure to win the elections? Which of them have been tested/had a taste in the management of the State resources? Which of them can easily be accepted state wide. If you are able to provide answers to these questions you will perhaps know the direction the pendulum is going swing. From my personal experience, I have seen people who we thought would bring new life into governance openly displaying inept people managerial ability by replacing viable people in their organisations with stooges, blood brothers and girlfriends . So we need to watch these people for a longer period in order to make good assessment of them.

My response to Mr Akin Etin-Ojehomon post  on facebook.

 Hello Akin Etin- Ojehomon Sr how does been a Vice President in ITT Africa and Middle East translate to his millions? or How does spending most his time in America translate to making money. He made his money when as Vice President of ITT he helped them secure a tele-communication contract in Nigeria for N888 million Naira, this was when the Dollar was exchanging for 28 kobo. The contract was never executed.
On the ban of motorcycles popularly called Okada in three Local Government Areas in Edo State. That is Oredo, Egor and Ikpoba-Okha. .... .The government should find a creative way to regularize that industry. I want to suggest that all bike plying the street of Edo should be legally registered in Edo State. We should not allow motorcycles with others state registration to ply our roads. Secondly, the government should produce a specially designed riders suit, hand gloves and helmets. The product should be number and issued to all riders at a fee. This way the government can register all riders and computerize them. Lastly a special license should also be issued.
This is my response to a question posed by Ally Aly on whether I think the election of the late MKO Abiola would have lead Nigeria to the promise land.  My response..... @ Ally Aly You have a point. But I did not see him as a messiah in fact he was one of the problems of this country. His company the ITT  was given a contract at the time money/Naira had value in Nigeria  to install telephone all over the country that would ease the burden of the common man and lift Nigeria forward. He ate the money. Today you can attestify to the development brought in by the GSM. He never had any company that would back his source of wealth. It was later in life he started all those mama put companies that did not survive after his death. To he was a fraud.
My response to Marian Dangote's post about rural development in the Eastern part of Nigeria vs the northern State. .... Great point Mariam Dangote the Easterners are light years ahead of everyone in terms of rural development. I think they learnt their lessons from the civil war, when they were driven home and could not find accommodations for their families. It is said that it was resolved that before any Igbo man or woman builds a house anywhere in Nigeria they must first build in their home land. That policy is what we also need in Edo South in Edo State where all development are built around Benin city while are hinter land lay prostrate.
On the celebration of June 12 as democracy day in some parts of Nigeria.
My own question is would the Muslims in Nigeria have voted for a Christian President and Vice President as Christians voted overwhelmingly for a Muslim President MKO Abiola and a Muslim Vice president Babagana Kingibe? That is the questions we most answer in Nigeria. It is not enough for us to celebrate june 12 when we all know that our Muslim brothers will never vote for a Christian/Christian ticket. The Muslims are celebrating June 12 because they wrongly believe that it is their right to rule and for Christians to always support their cause. If you are in doubt take a look at Lagos State and many of the western states.
