@ Manix Coker, my brother I am right there with you. You will notice that four months to the elections there were no kidnappings and robbery. A simple explanation is that the youths were fully engaged not employed. Now that elections are over, how do will engage them? We can do this in several and very RAPID ways. (1) Although Comrade Adams started it initially but they lack the creativity that is required to make it a success. That is the issuance of Edo State residences Identification cards. In the process of issuing out these cards, at a fee of course, the unemployed will be identified with their qualifications etc. The next step to to organise a training program for them into different business areas. We should create as many markets as possible. We can have a computer village, a GSM village, Agriculture seedlings village, a motor parts village and of course a tokunbo household items village. We should also encourage those that want to go into farming to do so. As a matter of priority those who want to join in the reforestation by planting rubber, tick and palm trees will be paid double the salaries of the others. The hoteliers should be encouraged to form a cooperative to market Bini City and Edo state to the rest of the country. As you will all observer during the last elections all elections related activities were all centred at the Homeville Best Western hotels in Etete. That is as a result of marketing. We can use our creativity to get our people engaged.
