My response to Kenya's Minister talk about GEJ visits to Kenya with 7 planes.

In a recent interview with press men, Kenyan Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary, Amina Mohammed took on President Goodluck Jonathan over fleets of presidential aircraft he travelled with during his visit to the Kenya.
kenyan minister
Goodluck Jonathan had visited Kenya to take part in the just concluded Independence Day celebration.
Amina was caught on tape saying “Your president visited our country with seven private jets and that has never happened before. We were all excited.”
“This is Nigeria. It’s a country with the largest private jets. Seven private jets only. I know there must be more, but for us, that was wow. Everybody came in their own jets” she smirked.
..

If the President of Nigeria is invited to Kenya and he decided to invite business giants like Dangote, Adenuga, Capt Hosa Okunbor, Oristejiafor, does she expect them to go and jump a ride in the president's plane when they have their personal private jets? This smack on envy from Kenya and Nigeria government should ask her to render apology and for the government of Kenya to sack her.

@ Peter I-Dee these celebrations have more to do with networking of business people that just to drink Moet. People who would like to build refineries in Kenya will get introduced to the president of the host country. The American and all other countries do it all the time. When President Carter visited OBJ in the 70's, the Americans came in with 37 airplanes. They even brought Carter Presidential convoy to Lagos. That included his Presidential car and the back up. That is how big countries operate and Nigeria is a great country.
